    Mismatched Earrings

    The earrings do not match. I submitted an email immediately to Susan Shaw Jewelry and I was asked to either return the earrings or take a photograph of the earrings to prove my complaint. It would have been very nice if the replacement had been sent at once without wasting time. Bad costumer service.

We always use semi-precious gemstones, genuine freshwater pearls, hand-painted beads and built-to-last materials like Lucite and Venetian glass.
